Julian preformed the maintenance on my AC and also flushed my hot water heater. He explained what he was going to do before starting the work. When he was done he explained the condition of AC and that everything was working well. Did a great job!

When my sink stopped flowing, I called First Rate Plumbing. They were here almost immediately. Their service tech covered our flooring and worked diligently, professionally, and left no mess. I have just never had better service.
A little after 6pm I became aware of water spraying from the expansion tank on my hot water heater. It was a pinhole leak but still with the pressure a lot of water was coming out. I called First Rate and the off hours lady who answered was very nice and helpful. She put out a request for emergency plumbing assistance. I did turn off the water supply to stop the water spray.
