I had all my belongings in this facility for four years while out of the country. The staff is friendly, the grounds are clean & secure, each storage has a fire sprinkler, storage insurance is built into the price, and affordable rates. I highly recommend 1st St storage. Kyle and Jeremy in the front office are very helpful.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used!!!! The staff has outstanding customer service, they are extremely helpful, and professional. The office is elegant and inviting with examples of the different sized units. The whole process was quick and easy. The prices are competitive. Don't go anywhere else!!!!!

I could have chosen a cheaper storage facility but decided that First Street Storage was the better option. Kyle was a terrific representative and provided the answers to my questions with a professional demeanor and was very relaxed and easy to work with. He made the experience easier to make the decision. Informative and helpful. Good qualities.

We are so impressed with First Street Storage when we walked into their office. We loved that they had the storage unit size to show case the individual units. This was extremely helpful for us to get a visual explanation. We are very happy with the staff and they are friendly and helpful. We also love that they provide security cameras. We feel safe knowing that our items are in a safe place.

Kyle and Tony were very helpful with helping us find a storage unit for our need. They gave us reasonable prices and had great customer service. You won't be able this anywhere. Don't go anywhere else!
