I called them by mistake to get a copy of my tilte which I misplaced after my divorce. They explained they did some of the attorney work needed for my home to close on 4/16. But, the staff helped me anyway & emailed everything I needed the same day I requested it! What a great place!!!
The closer did not know the the correct info on who was to sign on the closing. it is a living trust did not know that and the who the trustee was. then the closer had to change every thing twice before it was correct. told that the wire would be sent Monday due to time of day she would have it done first thing ,called bank at 1:15 pm wire not sent called title co to find out that closer had come down with covid (sorry about that) I find it wrong that no one contacted us that we were exposed as the young woman buying the ho... read more
