Terrible ATM Reliability and Overwhelmed Staff - Avoid This Branch This branch of is the complete antithesis of what a functional bank should be. My experiences here have been consistently frustrating due to their perpetually non-functional ATMs, both inside and outside the branch. Went by yesterday (Sat) to use the ATM but only one (of 2) was open and there was five cars in line, so I decided to return today Sunday thought would be best because its Sunday!, and wouldn't you know it, one car in line.... and of course your ATM was not accepting deposits, WTH is happening here...?
I guess this location doesn't care about reviews. Horrible customer service. Their ATMs never work. They force you to go inside all to have a worse experience with the people that work there. Avoid this location.
Inside is a very modernize way of banking, there's only automated tellers and loan officers. If you are okay with modernization this bank is an easy in an out. The facility is very clean and well maintained and has one of the cleanest bathroom I have seen. They also have two ATM driver thru. Great, quick banking experience.
Love the service . Very professional. Always up to date .
