I was in on a Friday at the location on Huebner and had the MOST difficult time. All I asked for was an updated debit card as my card was expiring. First of all i was greeted in the most unfriendly way. And furthermore was told I couldn't do it. I've banked with Firstmark over 8 yrs and never have I been treated this way. Roxanne, supervisor was absolutely unprofessional. I will be taking my investments elsewhere. I called customer service and was able to get a new card after all in the branch.
