From the moment I went through the drive-thru, I had excellent customer service. I asked if the lobby was open, if I needed to make an appointment, my questions were answered and an appointment was scheduled for me. I was then assisted as soon a I walked in by Priscilla. She helped me with set up the mobile app open a new account and answer all my questions.
Apologies, I didn’t like the other options because they were asking for more info but It was a totally pleasant and very helpful experience Vanessa went above and beyond and made the whole loan process a breeze! Thanks again for all your help
