This was an emergency visit I fell going up the stairs cracking two of my front teeth. From the initial call to leaving with temporary crowns on the same day Dr. Bardash and his team were amazing. Not only was I comfortable and not nervous the office is very calming. After having the same Dentist for 35 years who retired and having no choice I'm very happy to now be a patient of Fishkill Dental Associates.
Every visit to Fishkill Dental Associates—with the various dentists and my two most recent dental hygienists—has been, dare I say, delightful! As someone who fears dental visits, I now feel comfortable going in for checkups, concerns, and cleanings. My insurance covers only two cleanings a year, but I prefer to be proactive about my dental health. Before switching to this practice, I struggled to afford additional cleanings. My first time here and wow! I was so happy to be here!! Annie was so sweet and friendly and I felt very comfortable. Then I met Fiona. She’s a gem and put me at ease as soon as I sat in the chair. She explained everything she was doing so I was able to understand my treatment. Then I met Dr. K. Such a wonderful human. He was professional yet warm and friendly and assured me he and his team would take excellent care of me. I’ll be back!!!
The whole staff from the minute you walk in until you walk out was comforting and supportive. Dr Kay’s work was impeccable and the amount of care he and his entire staff showed me while I was there helped me overcome my fears. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. They are amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone.
I was very pleased that they were able to get me in the same day I called. I let them know I had pain so they fit me in. Ashley the hygienist was wonderful and very thorough. I am always nervous in the dentist office but she was very gentle and I had a pain free cleaning and x-rays. The office is lovely and the equipment is up to date. The dentists explained everything and I was on my way.
