This will be the first of my reviews because my job was just completed today. I must say that the three men that worked at my house were very professional and very neat. They couldn’t be more accommodating, angel, George and Juan.. thank you guys ! I read some of the other reviews complaining about dust but when you do a renovation in your home, you are too expect dust. They swept they cleaned. They did all but mop.!! My experience with the company was good. I completed my project at the end of September. I held off on giving a review because I wanted to if there was anything that I didn't like or mistakes made that I didn't notice at first. I did a large project with them where my entire bathroom was fully renovated. Juan was the guy that was in charge of the day to day but I will say I did have a project manager there on-site everyday as well to see the progress in person. I had a great experience with Five Star Bath Solutions! From the moment I met David, I felt like I made the right decision when picking a company for my bathroom remodels. He was nice and patient in explaining all of my options. After comparing with 2 other companies, I must say I got a very competitive price with Five Star! They redid 2 full bathrooms for me along with an upgrade of my half bath. William was very flexible when it came to scheduling the work since I have a crazy work schedule. I remodeled my bathroom with Five Star Bath Solutions and I am very happy with the outcome. I met with David who explained all of my options and helped me choose the best one. The installer Gesus and his partner did a beautiful job. The project manager Maynor came by on a daily basis to oversee everything and answered all of my questions. He made sure that everything went smoothly. Thank you for a job well done.

We are so pleased with our new bathroom from 5 Star Bath Solutions. Everyone was really great to work with and handled the whole renovation like the pros they are. When unexpected challenges came up - no problem! Our installer Michael did a beautiful job on our full gut. He was detail oriented and a fabulous communicator. I can’t say enough positive things about how this project went and the final product. Thanks 5 star! We hope to do more bathrooms with you in the future!
