They did a great job and fully transformed our guest bathroom from an ugly duckling to a lovely sanctuary. They got rid of our popcorn ceilings, removed old fashioned soffits and installed a lovely shower enclosure. We wanted to avoid any grout while still having something aesthetically pleasing, and we got it!
Super happy with five star bathroom. They were professional start to finish and did a fantastic job. Really happy with how it came out. The management team and the crew stayed on top of the work and communicated with us every day. They were quick to resolve any issues and made themselves available whenever we needed. Recommended!
This is what happens when a contractors men don’t check their work. As you could see from the level that the frame is not level and this has caused a gap from the door to be flushed with the frame. They should have shimmed the wood stud behind the frame so it could be on the level. They also put the glass door on the wrong side. The side that’s supposed to be facing the shower is on the outside and this was verified by the sticker that was placed on the glass by the manufacturer.
The team came on time they brought everything to the studs. They were very clean after they left each day. The glass came a little later and they were excellent. I would recommend Five Star any time
I was always apprehensive regarding hiring from internet for home improvement, but I still went ahead and spoke to the sales people. Here come the most dreading part, the pricing. So my sales person was David Owitz from five star bath solution, we hit it out pretty good. After his presentations and the pricing was fairly within my budget, I would say I was very happy with the outcome. Vanity, toilet, and hardware were my choice and paid for separately. They were not included in the presentation.
