My husband and I consider Dr Nguyen as an excellent internist and PCP. My sister does too. The office staff is always kind. Dr Nguyen takes time to listen and understand her patient’s medical concerns. She isn’t driven by profit to move on to the next patient. She clearly enjoys her work, and usually soon knows how to treat not only the symptoms but also to find the source of them and address it. I recently switched to another PCP nearby. I’m going back to her. It’s worth the 30 minute drive.
I have had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen. It took me a while to get it but it was well worth the wait. She listened to me and spent quite a bit of time with me in the room. You may wait in the waiting room a bit but she will more than make up for it in the room and never make you feel rushed. I have found the medical group who supports my needs exclusively. Exceptional care. Great tips on correct diet and exercise. Firm hand to keep me honest with medications and lifestyle behavior. Polite staff and convenient location.
Everyone in the office knows me by name and are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is excellent. She listens to my concerns and offers multiple suggestions. I really appreciate that she encourages me to make the necessary lifestyle changes (and has suggestions for every level of effort.. every little bit helps) instead of just writing a prescription. NEVER COME BACK! I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment (@9am). There were two ladies waiting in the room already even though the office opened at 8:30am. One of the lady was told to wait for only 3 minutes to see the doctor but NOBODY reached her out until almost an hour. In my situation, the nurse reached me out with in 15-20 minutes then no one came after 45 minutes. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
