All staff was very nice and helpful. My 1st visit was awesome, specifically meeting with Dr. Moran, he was the best and very thoughtful and knowledgeable throughout my visit. To sum things out, I can't wait to go back because I know I'm in good hands
Had been going to ALAMO WELLNESS (Northeast Judson location-Dr. Nguyen) for YEARS without the slightest problem. Once Alamo Wellness was acquired by FLAGSHIP HEALTH, immediate problems ensued with prescriptions/refills. First time resulted in 8 day delay in getting my meds. FLAGSHIP CEO contacted me to delete a negative review while they 'drilled down' on the problem...which of course found themselves blameless. However same problem happened yet again on my next script refill, resulting in 3 day delay. With both incidents it... read more
Convenient and close by. The staff is very friendly and courteous, listening and welcoming. The Doctor is the best I have ever had in my 71 years. Very knowledgeable and willing to guide you to a better understanding of what you need.
I want to show my respect to Dr.Moran, thank u for being the doctor that took an active part in helping me with my issus. all of them!. Getting my a1c down from double digits to 8. I'm blessed having u in my corner. And it doesn't hurt your easy on the eyes. lol so thank you and thank you to the nurses that work along side of you. Love y'all
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After my first visit I'm very confident that Dr. Moran will get my health back on the right track.
