My wife & I joined Flagship 2/13. 1st visit met Dr. Moran, he was thorough, knowledgeable, informative. Friendly courteous staff. Veronica Z. Is a true professional as is the medical assistant & receptionists. Thank You for making us feel confident in your hands
This has been the most unprofessional experience my father has had with Dr Moran, and his staff. We have changed to a new Dr. If you care for your lo e ones, do not trust Flagship health. My father now has an infection from them not treating him to prevent further infection.
The professionalism of everyone has been outstanding. I even walked in without an appointment and Doctor Moran came out right away and took care of my issues. Everyone should use this medical group.
I have been unable to reach the Dr. or receive a call back regarding a prescription. No less than 10 calls made with messages left with staff and/or answering service and no call back not even a text. I'm going to find a different Dr. I suspect that the blanket answer to this post will include the same phone number I've been calling and getting nowhere. I am a new patient at Flagship Health as of 01/2024 and I’m pleased and glad that I found Dr. Moran! I was very impressed with his attention to detail in regards to my health and very personable and easy to talk to… I’ve had to generate several phone calls though as to resolving prescription issues, refills and having a new primary care doctor… Timely specialist referrals and confirmation with my medicare plan are seeming to be an issue also unfortunately… I would really like to stay and form a relationship with Dr. Moran an... read more
