I worked with Sherry Britt. Super helpful and super sweet. She made the experience less stressful and was great at recommending pieces to match. Found some great flooring for a wonderful price on sale and got carpet, granite and backslash as well. I would recommend this place to everyone. She also answered or returned every call and answered every question which is a big deal with places like these. Give them a try you won't regret it! I recommend using Sherry based off of our experience.
Such a fabulous place with many designs and options to chose from. And if you aren't sure about what goes together their amazing and knowledgeable employees will help you with the perfect touch for your home. Hands down, the best place for all your needs. I can't say enough good about our experience with Flooring Design Center. The carpet that we picked out was still in production so we had to wait for a month but it was worth it. Their installers did a great job.
Bad experience. Blamed everyone but themselves when their carpet buckled and never layed down and they refused to replace. Since we were stuck with bad carpet we had to use another carpet company in town to fix the issue.
We used Flooring Design for new carpet, hardwoods, counter tops and backsplash. It's all beautiful!! Any problems that came up, Flooring Design took responsibility to work through the issues.
