I highly recommend Florida Attic Professionals. I am extremely pleased with their help and recommendations to max out my attic space, and I ended up having approximately 350 sq. ft. of attic space just on top of my garage. They used top quality materials, the plywood is thick and reinforced so you can walk safely on your attic. In addition, I recommend to install an aluminum ladder for extra safety.
