Florida Health Care Plans (Lake Mary) pharmacy was my only pharmacy option in the Orlando area, and I walked in with some hesitation—I’m more familiar with big-name or chain pharmacies, which are often crowded and impersonal. What a pleasant surprise! I believe the two technicians who helped me were Lindsey and Kathy, and they were absolutely terrific. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother has been a patient of Jennifer Rosenberg, NP, and if I have the name wrong, I’ll find out who. for over a year without any previous issues, but this recent visit was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I called to schedule the appointment, I informed the representative that my mother had recently been hospitalized. I recently switched clinics after years of frustration with my previous primary clinic. What a breath of fresh air. From the initial appointment, to my arrival and initial paperwork, to the nurses, and Dr. George. They were on top of everything and made me feel very comfortable as a new patient throughout the entire visit. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. George answered every question I had and was extremely kind and considerate. Highly recommend.
