This is regarding the health insurance only, my copays constantly go up, and after calling too inquire they cannot explain. I require a medication and as loop hole too avoid paying for it they simply claim prior authorization is required after having my doctor send it in 4 times I have given up, another medication they did approve had a copay of 2500 however after checking with other pharmacys , Walgreens CVS, walmart, ect buying it without insurance is around 1200. Is the copay actually for them too profit off me?
Always a pleasure going there! The staffs are very respectful and friendly, they welcome you with a smile on thier faces! Dr Samuel Clarke is our family doctor! He is simply the best. He isn't just there for the money, he is there for the people! Treats myself, my husband and my mother like family, with that big smile on his face😊. My hubby had an appt. With Dr. Clarke today. He was very encouraging and answered all our questions. We feel very blessed to have Dr. Clarke and his kind staff.
Dr Samuel is very sweet and listens to what you have to say and helps you with the questions and problems you are having. He explains everything he does and why he’s doing it, I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a doctor that listens and cares 10/10
1 star is WAY TO KIND! If you are taking a loved one here or going for yourself....RUN!! There are no protocols or procedures set in place and you could end up dying while they try to figure it out. My husband went there for an ultrasound of his leg for concern of a possible blood clot. The ultrasound technician (NOT the radiologist or a doctor) Told my husband do not walk, move or do anything.
