I work in health care I also have fhc as an insurance and have used them for years I love to write good reviews for people but this pharmacist was so unbelievably rude it was Embarrassing. I called from my job as a health care worker returning a voicemail the pharmacist not only argued with me was rude but made sure I heard her huff and puff about a single question when I just called back this is not how you treat anyone healthcare or not! I hope this was just a bad day for this pharmacist
Medical authorizations department is clueless when it comes to pediatric dentistry and denies medical authorizations with pure ignorance ignorance, leaving children in a situation unable to get dental decay treated resulting in a lower quality of life, education and play due to pain, facial cellulitis and infection.
