They are AWESOME. Treats everyone like real people. SO PLEASANT💖 I've been picking up RX many times now and they are the sweetest people. So pleasant and friendly! I had to change from Island Family Pharmacy due to change in insurance. I didn't know if there was another pharmacy that was as nice as Ryan and the staff at Island Family Pharmacy but the staff at FHCP Pharmacy are very pleasant and kind! I think I'm gonna be alright :):)
You are stuck to VERY limited doctors and surgeons. Prepare to be denied and get the runaround. It's fine for basic care, but you'd pay less out of pocket for that.
I have loved the staff and care at the fhcp pharmacy until today. I lost my insurance and tried to get my prescription and pay out of pocket for it. Even with refills remaining, I was told they could not fill my prescription at all because my insurance was canceled. I just switched jobs and knew I would have 2 months without coverage. I have paid cash for prescriptions many times throughout my life. Some because I didnt want to use the brand insurance preferred, others when changing jobs. Literally a lifesaver!!! Every single fchp pharmacy worker has been extremely helpful and efficient! have never had to deal with waiting until next day. My first time having health insurance in years and they’ve made it extremely pleasant so far!!
Tis is down right the best pharmacy in St. Johns county. They follow the rules and they take care of their customers. Ive never been more pleased with the service and professionalism as you recieve at FHCP.
