Now when you call the office you are directed to an answering service who can only answer questions if it is in your chart if it's not you need to wait 24 to get a reply. I have to drive to the office to get my questions answered. It is really frustrating.

So, we've been through 2 different doctors at this location and Jenna (nurse practitioner) has been there for both. First, Jenna is unpleasant, bordering on rude. She never has an explanation for anything. Rather than helping to find a solution or answer to your questions, she either deflects, says "I don't know" and thats the end of it, or she blames the doctor.
