Your phlebotomist is amazing - give the man some help! He is always so busy and the only one working to draw blood. If you cared about your members, you would take care of your employees and get them some assistance.
Very slow. I sat there 30minutes without watching one person move in the waiting room. And then asked the person next to me how long was she waiting & her response was 30mins. I’ve watched the one on Palm Coast pkwy move faster. I went there a different day and like clock work, they get you draw and you are out
The FHCP lab in Town Center Palm Coast is the absolute best. All of the staff are wonderful, caring, and kind. I want to especially point out that the phlebotomist was very comforting, I had a test on my order that I was nervous about and he was so empathetic and kind, I’ll never forget his kindness. Thank you FHCP.
I absolutely love this lab. The man that draws blood is such a sweet guy. Patient, Kind and gets the draw the first time. No poking multiple times to get my blood. The lady at the front desk is very sweet also. The only change I would ask is to stop having us fill out the form every single time we go. Florida Healthcare has my member number and all information on file, so why make me fill out that information out Everytime 🙏. Kind of a pain. But the receptionist asks with a smile so I guess it's ok 😂
Love this lab! Friendly, fast and efficient. Can’t beat this combo and I won’t go anywhere else.
