The FHCP lab in Town Center Palm Coast is the absolute best. All of the staff are wonderful, caring, and kind. I want to especially point out that the phlebotomist was very comforting, I had a test on my order that I was nervous about and he was so empathetic and kind, I’ll never forget his kindness. Thank you FHCP.
I absolutely love this lab. The man that draws blood is such a sweet guy. Patient, Kind and gets the draw the first time. No poking multiple times to get my blood. The lady at the front desk is very sweet also. The only change I would ask is to stop having us fill out the form every single time we go. Florida Healthcare has my member number and all information on file, so why make me fill out that information out Everytime 🙏. Kind of a pain. But the receptionist asks with a smile so I guess it's ok 😂
Great lab and pharmacy. It is still a new building and undiscovered. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Soon it will be a hot spot!
I hope this is the place where I went to get my pelvic ultrasound done. The Technicians name was Candice and she deserves every bit of five star praise for her professionalism and putting me at ease for an unpleasant ultrasound. My last experience was terrible and I was in pain and couldn’t go through with it. Basically because that Tech was terrible.. it just made me so anxious the day I turned up at this office. I have to get alot of blood work regularly. This is the best lab I have ever been to. They are always friendly and very professional. I have used them since they opened. I would highly recommend them for all your blood work. They are gentle and listen to you if you have advice when you are a hard stick like I am. You will never regret it. I won't go any place else.
