ABUSIVE👹 MY husband stopped paying for my health insurance here at FHCP. I'm a disabled woman that has had 2 strokes. I applied for DCF services... Now i'm waiting... In the meantime I spoke with Christine this morning. I explained the situation...FHCP REFUSED TO HELP A FELLOW WOMAN... SHE DISMISSED ME LIKE DIRT ON HER SHOE...
FHCP Medicare is getting a down grade to 4 stars. Don't get me wrong, their doctors and employees are still excellent, but they elimated the $80 per quarter OTC, and are raising their prices by 10-15% on most services. If you are healthy and only see your doctor 2xs a year and don't take meds, they are still excellent. But, they are beginning to get a bit expensive if you take numerous meds and/or see numerous docs. Especially specialist at $50 a pop. This is as of the 2026 policy coming out. Pharmacists are the most compassionate, caring and educated people ever. Always available to answer our questions. Very polite. The app is amazing and very reliable. Thank you for your extraordinary work. After a doctor's appointment, (sometimes we don't have the best news), it's heartwarming to have people that care and treat us with respect and love.
Jaiden( not sure of spelling) was so pleasant and happy to help with my 99 questions and not understanding her answers but made sure I understood with gave and caring!!! Most of the time I get nice ppl but Katie was so sweet also!!!
