The staff was very friendly. Dr Ryan Harris was amazing. He explained everything about my procedure. I have never had a root canal before , he made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m I was out of there in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them. I went to the Fort Myers office.
I am so pleased with my entire process of this root canal. The staff is friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Harris is an expert in his field. I am so grateful he was able to help me. I would highly recommend him especially for his professionalism and expertise!
Great experience. Dr Frey and his assistant Josie went above and beyond. Very gentle and easy to communicate with about my situation considering I am a snow bird and had a emergency route canal. Definitely recommend this practice.
Incredible service, Dr Frey and his staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, sincere, and ever so caring! Who would had known having a Root Canal could be so easy! The assistant was so calming and Dr Frey explained every step he took to save my tooth! If I ever need another? Which I hope I do not, I would highly recommend Dr Frey with Root Canal Specialist!
I was on vacation and was in terrible pain. I never thought I'd be able to get a root canal done same day. I called in and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and set the expectations upfront: They would try to work me in but I may have to wait a little bit. I got there, filled out paperwork and waited for a bit but they got me in quick. Dr Hernandez was awesome. She explained everything thoroughly beforehand and as she went. It's been 3 days since the root canal and I have zero issues. I highly recommend them.
