I was both pleased and relieved by the kind and caring treatment I received from both Dr Harris and his dental assistant, Jasmin. They were thorough, patient, gentle and knowledgeable and,after this procedure was over, I learned that a root canal is NOT as terrifying as I'd envisioned it to be!!! . For a Root Canal visit, the Cape Coral office at Florida Root Canal Specialists was a very positive experience. From my first call to them to schedule an appointment till check out after the procedure, they were totally professional. All office staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Harris was amazing, very gentle and caring. He was very concerned about my well being throughout the procedure. He informed me of what was going to happen and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. The procedure was great without pain and surprisingly no discomfort at all. I do recommend this practice every interaction I had was pleasant and it shows that they care for their patients.
I was referred here by my Dentist to have a possible root canal. They were extremely pleasant and professional. They did a physical exam of my tooth along with an X-ray and a 3D CT scan and determined that my tooth needed to be extracted, because a root canal wouldn’t fix it. I only gave 4 stars as I left there and developed quite a bit of pain from the exam, but that’s a necessary part of it. I am traveling and was recommended by my own dentist to visit Florida Root Canal specialists when I developed an issue. They were wonderful. I felt comfortable with the staff and Dr Lee. Everything was explained to me along the process. I highly recommend this office if you need a root canal.
