I was both pleased and relieved by the kind and caring treatment I received from both Dr Harris and his dental assistant, Jasmin. They were thorough, patient, gentle and knowledgeable and,after this procedure was over, I learned that a root canal is NOT as terrifying as I'd envisioned it to be!!! . I never even had a tooth ache in my life. When I did my dentist referred me to The Root Canal Specialist of Cape Coral. Never having a root canal I was scared. The staff were absolutely amazing. Meghann was patient and made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Meghann and her staff. The lady who check me in did a great job. Check out was just as easy. Thank you
First of all they squeezed me in the day after my dentist asked for me to be seen. The root canal was painless! The whole procedure went like a well oiled machine so professional ! The entire staff was courteous and made my procedure as pleasant as could possibly be .
5 Stars is not enough. I, having had a horrifying experience with my first root canal 2 decades ago, needles to say I was experiencing high anxiety sitting in the chair for your canal #2. I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Steven Frey who performed the root canal. Dr. Frey in particular was incredible. The entire office staff is professional, courtesy and helpful. It was a dental emergency referral by my dentist and they got me in promptly. Meghan ensured my insurance could help, verified my portion of the bill and made an appointment for me. I could not have asked for a better advocate. Checking was easy online and at the office.
