Amazing staff and Dr! My son needed a root canal and had terrible swelling in his face. I was able to make an appt for the next day, and they were able to quickly take care of him. The were very professional, caring and kind. Thank you for setting a momma’s heart at ease. I sincerely appreciate it. And so does he!
Right before Thanksgiving I was in extreme tooth pain, I was able to get an appointment within a few days. My doctor was very nice, explained things well, was on time, checked on me throughout the service, and made sure I was comfortable before she began. I hope to never return for obvious reasons but if I do, I would definitely trust FRCS to fix me up!
The welcome was very pleasant I was taken into the dental area after filling out a couple of simple forms. The dental assistant explained everything as well Dr. Lussier. The Doctor explained 3 options and gave me the choice. They were very friendly but also professional. I havebeen completely satisfied with everything I experienced. Thanks so much. James Ross.
I was hesitant when my dentist handed me a root canal referral because I naturally have a fear of dental procedures. I was referred to Dr. Frey — it was such a seamless and PAINLESS procedure. I barely felt the numbing shots and that was the last of anything felt from start to finish. From the lovely ladies at check in / out, to the assistants I had and especially Dr. Frey - I highly recommend this is where you go to get if you unfortunately need a root canal.
Dr Harris and his team were so kind and answered my questions thoroughly. They checked in with me often during the procedure and were very efficient. The price ended up even less than the original quote!
