I will admit that I've perused some of the recent reviews of FloridaRAMA and am happy that others had a great time. Our party of four was pretty underwhelmed with the place. I'd had my first immersive art experience just weeks before at two Seattle art museums, so I felt I had a clear idea of what an immersive art exhibit should look and feel like. Omg this place is so fun! Admission was free in the month of July for Dalí Museum members, bonus! Great place to bring visiting friends/family. We didn’t do the scavenger hunt or the putt putt this time, but even just walking through is a fun time. There’s also a very cool gift shop featuring local artists and a large record shop adjacent. The staff is also SO friendly and nice - we can’t wait to go back!
Loved all the colors and creativity 🤩 What a great way to put everyday items like spoons to such a beautiful use. I love that there’s seating throughout the exhibits so that you can seat and take everything in. My favorite room has to be the one with the spoons. It feels like you’re inside a disco ball!
At first, I wasn’t impressed when we arrived. From the outside, it looked like a few warehouses covered in murals, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the moment we walked through the doors, my opinion completely changed. The entrance is beautiful, with a cozy lounge area, a bright yellow chair, tiered seating filled with artistic pillows, and lots of creative details. Absolute blast!! The add-on packages give you more to look for, but the simple bingo throughout is set to keep you engaged the entire time! Art that utilizes every sense, and brings anyone back to the child they are at heart! Incredible space with creativity oozing from the walls!
