I’m OBSESSED with this practice!!!! I’m particularly picky when it comes to my dental care providers, and Floss is outstanding. The reception area/staff are warm and welcoming, and the dental assistants are friendly, knowledgeable and skilled (I LOVED Cat). The attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards really sets this team above the rest. Recently switched to this dental office and couldn’t be happier. The receptionist Meghan is warm, friendly, and upfront — great first impression. My hygienist Grace went above and beyond: complimentary eye mask, chapstick, and a warm blanket made the cleaning feel so relaxing. This was a great experience! We are traveling and I lost a filing. Floss was able to get me in, thankfully. As it turned out, I needed a crown as there was a large cavity under my filling. They were able to make a crown using a 3D printer!!! The entire staff were welcoming and caring. I cannot say enough good about this group and really appreciate everything they did to help me!
Super friendly and top notch treatment. As a retired dentist I know what I am talking about. Both dentist provide high quality work, the hygienists are providing the most advanced GBT and Laser treatment and the support stuff is highly trained and competent. Shout out to Skylar for patiently managing my uncontrollable coughing fits today!
A good friend of mine who had extensive cosmetic dentistry recommended FLOSS to us when we moved to Seattle. I needed a skilled dental practice to help with an infected front tooth I had developed. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with my care in terms of general dentistry and the cosmetic procedures I had. I now love my teeth!
