After weeks of discomfort and pain, I was referred to Flushing Oral Surgery & Dental office in Flushing, New York. The office is modern and clean, and the staff is wonderful. The surgeon made me feel comfortable and confident about having my wisdom tooth removed. The procedure took less than 15 minutes and went smoothly. Although I was warned about possible pain afterward, I only experienced mild discomfort. I’m very grateful to the surgeon and the entire staff for their kindness and excellent care.
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Paul Li, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional and very skilled in his work. I felt well cared for throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Great office and Surgeons. They were able to take out 4 impacted wisdom teeth of mine with care and precision. Scheduling and communication were top tier and I never felt neglected at any point when it came to receiving care. Healing went much better than I expected. Normal soreness and some swelling but I was adequately prepared and provided with great aftercare instructions/medication. While getting wisdom teeth out is not fun, I would definitely recommend this practice!
The tooth extraction was really well done — the doctor was professional and the whole process was smooth with almost no pain. However, their phone line is extremely hard to reach. I called about 50 times over three days and never got through once. I recommend the owner replace the phone or improve the phone system because it really affects the appointment experience.
