I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, and the entire experience - from consultation to recovery - was efficient and reassuring. After my x-rays, a nurse explained what would be covered by insurance. I was told that I may need bone grafting, which wasn't covered by insurance, but there was no pressure to go through with it and that made it feel like a genuine medical recommendation. I had a fantastic experience here for my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Paul Li was professional, confident and thorough - exactly what you want in an oral surgeon. He clearly explained the procedure and recommend a bone graft - he carefully walked me through the pros and cons of the recommendation which I ended up doing. The entire staff equally impressive. They were super professional and nice. Doctor Li was amazing and front desk was helpful. I took 4 wisdom teeth out and healed nicely. Everything was smooth and minimal pain. They spoke English and Mandarin. When I went back for a check up, they were very efficient and informative on the following steps to take. As expected, the whole office was also super clean and very hygienic.

The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, and the clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. I had been scheduled for a same-day procedure and had already submitted an X-ray in advance, so I was a bit disheartened to be charged $200 for what ended up being a very brief consultation. The doctor saw me for barely 2 minutes, reviewed the X-ray, and simply told me that a CT scan would be needed before anything could be done.
