I am going to keep this review as short and sweet as my time at Flying S title was. If closing on a house is a daunting task, this title company will hearten the experience. You will sit down, grab a pen, then the first page will be placed in front of you, you will sign, then you will blink, and when you look down there will be a hundred 'John Hancocks' on a hundred different pages. We have never had a greater experience for closing on a home. Flying S made the process easy and kept us informed of what was going on all through. It was fast and easy. Staff were professional, respectful and friendly. Great job with two very satisfied customers. I highly recommend their company!

I was beyond impressed by Julie Simanton and her team on the recent closing of my home. They took the time to answer all my questions fast and with factual content that was easy to understand. The closing took minutes instead of hours. More than anything, there was amazing customer service. You can't find this anymore but at First American Title that old fashioned down to earth customer service lives on! Kudos for a job well done, this is the only place I will choose going forward.
