This is our first visit and the staff was welcoming, very friendly. We had my two sons appts. And their hygienist explained things in detail, set up oral surgery for wisdom extraction within my insurance network. She made things easy and set up a second appt. today for the fillings my son has. This is very convenient for a working mother. I appreciate all the intuitive insight and action as to what I might need in advance! Thank you! 💖
The service from the moment I scheduled my appointment to the second I left the office was grand. Caroline was my hygienist and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She explained the whole process so clearly to me and explained every detail of my x-rays and care plan with transparency. And she was so gentle and thoughtful during my cleaning. I was nervous at first because this was my first time at a new place and they made me feel very comfortable. They were very friendly the procedure I got done felt really comfortable because they took their time and was gently.
