Leslie, the store manager was very helpful in diagnosing what I needed for my particular issue. The process included: A quick picture while standing on a glass plate to determine foot pressure points, a visual inspection of gait and foot structure, recommendations for resolution to my problem, trying on suggested shoes. No pressure sales and nice selection of shoes.

Leslee L. did a fantastic job of working with me patiently to analyze my feet using their sophisticated computer system to create the custom supports that would help correct my gait. Excellent customer service from Tiago! He took the time to answer all my questions and offered very thoughtful suggestions. They offer a 3d scan of your feet and a gait analysis, and take the time to help find the best shoes for you. Highly recommend and I will be coming back in the future!
Incredible, personal customer service from Leslie! She walked me through the process step by step(no pun intended). I got the custom orthotics for my flat feet to see what could be done. The pain goes all the way up to my mid back from my feet. She was able to identify problem areas and make suggestions. Highly recommend 👍🏿
