What a nice place! Very knowledgeable staff! I felt like they were so educated and were not trying to up sell me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wore my insoles right out of the store and already feel a ton better.
It has been several weeks since my visit, but I have been wanting to leave a positive review . Initially I was disappointed as I was expecting some type of electronic visualization to help determine the reason for such pain in my foot. I thought the visit was not going to be helpful at all. Took my elderly mother to get fitted. They took good care of my mother.. had different shoes easy to put on. She got a pair for house and one for church.. prices reasonable, did not try over selling. But invited us back to see it her foot needs changes. Will do more business with them for me and my mom!!
Best experience ever!!! Limited selection of shoes but I found a pair. If you want high quality shoes and the best service in fort wayne, go here!!!! I will come back and let everyone know about this place. Tried 3 rivers, worst place!!! UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER Quick update on my shoes. I'm glad I made this purchase. No aches or pains.
