Living here makes Me feel like I’m n Cordova somewhere everything is nice I will b here for at least three years ima try I love it domonique was nice patient the leasing office was nice smelt good everybody black Neva been to a establishment when all black women in it and they standing on business I love that !!!!! These other places don’t care how you live or how they yo apartment look but move to Foote park u want regret !!!!
Rodents and mice. Roach infested and it’s very hard to get any maintenance or help around the apartments. I have not been able to get one answer from the office phone and they close at odd hours. I am terrified to even walk out of my house at times because of the type of people that live there. It would be nice if they treated the areas and did routine pest control because anyone who moves in will have issues.
Been trying to contact this place for over 3 months about a 1 bedroom. Never talked to anyone. Very hard to communicate. If anyone sees this, please respond, just trying to get an apartment. That’s it.
Great group and staff. I have come here three time to apply and I am so grateful to have been able to work with the staff.
The apartments were once amazing but it has gone downhill during my time here. The grounds are poorly maintained. Almost always there is trash, pet feces, and other eye sores sprinkled near and around my building. I’ve put in several maintenance requests since I’ve been here but none have ever been fulfilled. There are also a lot of bugs and rats. Not roaches but ants, spiders, centipedes and more. Security is clearly not a priority as well.
