The move was great. It took a bit longer than expected but it was definitely worth the wait me and my kids love it here. I love the space everything was clean and worked properly when I moved in. Yes I only been here a few days but so far so good.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Living at Foote Park at South City has been the absolute worst rental experience of my life, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. From the moment I moved in, the poor building quality was obvious—cabinets were falling apart, door handles broke off immediately, and despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, nothing was ever properly fixed. Rodents and mice. Roach infested and it’s very hard to get any maintenance or help around the apartments. I have not been able to get one answer from the office phone and they close at odd hours. I am terrified to even walk out of my house at times because of the type of people that live there. It would be nice if they treated the areas and did routine pest control because anyone who moves in will have issues.
Living here makes Me feel like I’m n Cordova somewhere everything is nice I will b here for at least three years ima try I love it domonique was nice patient the leasing office was nice smelt good everybody black Neva been to a establishment when all black women in it and they standing on business I love that !!!!! These other places don’t care how you live or how they yo apartment look but move to Foote park u want regret !!!!
Been trying to contact this place for over 3 months about a 1 bedroom. Never talked to anyone. Very hard to communicate. If anyone sees this, please respond, just trying to get an apartment. That’s it.
