Out of all places i’ve been looking at this is one of the most best from energy to personality from a leasing office i’ve seen yet. Michael was amazing !! i told him eveything i was looking for an expectations and he made sure they were met. His energy and personality was refreshing. He made sure me and my family were comfortable and well taken care of even provided snacks and drinks. if your thinking to tour or live here do it and ask for michael !
If you’re thinking about moving here, do it at your own risk. I ignored the negative reviews, and it ended up being the longest and worst year I’ve ever spent in a rental. Michael is a wonderful tour guide! He did an amazing job showing us everything and making sure that we understood everything. He really sold me on the apartment!!!
I’ll say this! And I mean wat I say.. IF U PLAN ON RENTING AT THIS PLACE PLEASE DO UR INSPECTION SHEET AN MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS…… if ur a/c goes out! There’s absolutely no one to contact.. at all..it’s a shame u have to suffer in a 90 degree apt.. that u paid all the money for.. and no service! Couldn’t have been my child. They lucky they got a star.
Property manager Stacy extremely unprofessional. Went there for a complaint due to nails and debris from heavy construction above my apartment and she kicked me out after letting her know. She emailed me wrong information and I called her out on it. She said that she wasn’t aware of any construction going on, being the property manager you would think that was her job. If she can’t handle the job and the complaints she should find another job.
