Shout out to your employee Roger. (And his friend Bob)…. I was with two other ladies traveling to see the Tall Grass Prairie and had a flat tire on a rental car…went from full to totally flat, un-driveable in a moment. Roger was in the area working and stopped to help us by changing our tire to the spare! We were thrilled. He was incredibly kind, wouldn’t let us pay him and patient throughout the entire process! Your company must be amazing to have an employee like that on your staff. Thank you Roger (and Bob)!
Formby has been amazing to work with. They are responsive, kind, professional and timely. Every time we have called they have been right out and treated us with courtesy and respect.
I’ve used them for Diesel deliveries, Propane, Engine Oil, Antifreeze and other oils needed for work.They have always had great products and service. The drivers/delivery guys have gone above and beyond sometimes delivering fuel to locations and our shop. The ladies in the office have always been super helpful over the phone and in person. They are very nice, always have smiles on their faces and will fill propane tanks outside evening when it’s freezing outside. If I could rate 10 stars I would! Stopped to fill our truck up with Def only to realize 2 gallons into it my other half put it in the diesel tank! Let's just say Roger is a true blessing! Not only did he go above and beyond helping my other half get the tank drained, new filter put on, and us back on the road, he was truly the kindest person I have ever met.
