Northwest Kansas technical college is a very fun and unique college. From the fun activities to the real life experience you encounter at this college. It’s no wonder you have no problem finding a job. At the diesel department the local farmers bring in their own equipment to be repaired by the students. So the work is real and any mess ups has to be fixed because that piece of equipment has to be working for the farmer. It’s a great character builder and teaches you to take pride in your work as well. Northwest Kansas diese... read more
I really liked this college because it is very hands on and the classes you take. You are also guaranteed a job right after you graduate from there. I also hear many good things about it is because i have a friend that goes there and he really likes it.
Northwest tech has one of the best hands on experience for all students. They walk through and teach you most things about your program. The staff there is very friendly and will always help you if you have questions. In the classroom it is also very fun but all of us student look foreword to getting out there and getting the hands on experience. They provide you with all of the tools and tips you need. We learn a lot but not everything because of the 2 year length program. Overall NWKTC is great technical college that I wou... read more

The academics are very good as the professors understand most of the students goals to prepare for a 4-year school. The local area is very friendly and welcoming. However I would like to see a drastic i... read more
Teachers are really nice but the living conditions are bad. They treat you like you don't matter and take as much money from you especially if you are paying out of your pocket and not using the governments money. If you get a scholarship than its great. If not, you're screwed.
Amazing teachers, bad for low income students. The living quarters are fairly nice but they will squeeze every penny out of you if they can. Lots of hidden costs that they don't tell you about and instead just charge you and expect you to pay up.
Online was easy, teacher readily available to help and answer questions
Nothing special about admissions. They are friendly enough and seem like they want to help
Great teachers, they all seem to really love their careers that they teach.
