Even as someone who hates early mornings, I never left this class in a bad mood or feeling discouraged. Shajuana and Essence made each class not just educational with their hands on and comprehensive approach, but personal and enjoyable. They got to know each of us, asked about our families and jobs to help us find the right specialty and path, made everyone laugh, and overall made each Saturday an enjoyable experience. ZERO stars. Please listen I feel lied to because I paid thousands of dollars and was told EVERYTHING is covered for come to find out that you have to pay out of pocket for certain things. I paid so much money to be able to learn but SO MANY things that we were supposed to do we NEVER did either they took it out or we simply couldn’t do it because they did not have the material or resources to teach us, also the equipment that the school did have didn’t work or was breaking. Great experience with great instructors! ShaJuana and Essence are the best!! They are knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to the dental field and truly care about helping us succeed!
if you plan to join this school , you better make sure you’re able to complete it & pay for it because if not & you need a refund processed they take their sweet time on it. You have to call almost everyday to get anything done in a timely manner. They call the day of when your payment is due to ask if you’re paying it, im talking about 8am sharp on the day your payment is due they already calling. Annoying .. I was nervous to start classes but Veronica, Raul, and Joel made the experience so fun and welcoming, while still being very informative! I’m definitely a hands on and visual learner so being in an actual dentist office for class is super helpful. They were all very sweet and knowledgeable in the work they were teaching us. It’s a fast pace school but they are very good about making sure they take the time make sure you are understanding and getting it done correctly!
