The office environment is clean, well-kept and relaxing, the receptionist is welcoming, the office is run efficiently, and Pamela, PA never makes me feel rushed. She pays attention to the information I provide about how I've been since my last visit, she's thorough, explains things clearly, makes recommendations and provides education about her recommendations.
I enjoy Elise, always professional and can answer all my questions about my needs. If she doesn’t know she finds out. I always feel better after an IV Drip. No matter which one my body needs. I’ve gone to other drips and never had the service that I receive at Forum Health. I appreciate the knowledge of their employees. Especially Elise, she administers the IV’s. Can’t say enough good things about this establishment. Thank you Forum for all the help to make my life and health better♥️
I would recommend Forum Health for weight loss to anyone looking for more than just quick check and weigh in. Heather Chludzinski, weight loss coach/nurse, has helped me lose over 30lbs in the past 2 months. She understands the ups and downs in life, and focuses on the journey, not just the week to week weight loss. I love the provider that I see. But ever since the practice was sold to Forum Health, it has gotten less and less patient friendly. For this reason, I cannot give a higher rating. I was seeing Dr. Waller since 2011. I used to be able to schedule phone appts to save driving 2 hours round trip and missing time (pay) from work. They won't do that anymore. Pamela Thomas is wonderful and very helpful. However the prices have increased to an extreme absurd degree. It makes going there completely unaffordable for the average person. I will be going elsewhere which is sad because I have developed a relationship with Pamela.
