Been super happy with forum health. I feel like I'm given time to really discuss with Dr. Seibold and he has lots of options for treatments going forward. He always gives me options and let's me decide how aggressive I want to be moving forward. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Siebold is amazing. He has seriously done more for me in three appointments than I’ve ever gotten with any other doctor. Being treated for various infections and I’m starting to feel better. It’s just a great place and I’m so happy that I found him. I highly recommend him he listens. He wants to make sure he looks at the whole body and root cause not just treat your symptoms. Dr. Seibold and staff are receptive, knowledgeable seem genuinely interested in my well-being. Overall, my experience has been exceptional.
I have been with Dr. Peterson and Forum Health for 10 years now. He is the smartest person I know and he will do everything to help people feel better. He is an excellent listener, and the communication with his Medical Assistants is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Peterson and his team at Forum Health.
