Great first visit with Tara Bullock today. The office is peaceful and welcoming. The team is friendly and professional. Tara is awesome! Knowledgeable, warm, proactive, and helpful. I feel like I'm in good hands. Bonus- they share the price of suggested tests, supplements, etc so that you can make an informed decision without sticker shock. I appreciate that approach. Glad I chose Forum Health!

I am very happy with Dr. Siebold and his staff. They are really easy to work with and Dr. Siebold is very knowledgeable. The convenience of the Forum Health is outstanding. I am looking forward to future visits and direction/changes to ensure I am functioning at my best level with replacement HT. I would recommend this office to anyone who is seeking RHT.

Dr. Petersen is the best doctor I’ve found probably ever. He’s very smart and I love his integrative approach. His office runs like a well oiled machine and everyone is very friendly, kind and are on top of things like I’ve never seen before. Dr. Petersen is also very conscientious about saving you money wherever possible, and will go out of his way to find the least expensive solution which I really appreciate. I have been meeting with Dr. Seibold for over a year now. His willingness to treat me as a partner in finding ways to optimize my health has been very rewarding to me. Finally I have found a doctor who listens, takes time to explain things thoroughly, and respects my decisions to try approaches to better health, my way. As a result our patient/doctor relationship has deepened and I trust his lead even more. I highly recommend him.
