Property is kept very clean, apartment has nice appliances and is very modern, rooftop is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place that is close to campus and downtown Berkeley!
Wonderful services. The managers are very friendly and helpful-- they are one of the most proactive, responsive and responsible people I've met. Brad is really one of the best apartment managers I've seen for the reasons above. They also held community-inclusivity programs every week.
