This is a ghetto place to live in while going to school. Don't be fooled by photos online. Are you gonna be sleeping on that nice rooftop? Yeah, the nice, filthy rooftop where lousy neighbors hang out until late hours. 1. Their steel grate hallway is as noisy as it can get. To make it worse, uninhibited neighbors are always jumping and running on the hallway day and night. There’s just so much noise going on at all times. SO LOUD I can't study at all. 2. I loved my stay here during the summer months for an internship. I don’t really understand why some people don’t seem to love the place like I did. Maybe their expectations are unreasonably high or just plain unrealistic. What I loved most was the roof top garden. That was a pleasure every night and every weekend. I had a great experience with this property from start to finish. The leasing team was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain all the options, answered every question I had, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The property itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with great layouts and amenities. I also really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and availability. Scheduling a tour was easy, and the staff made me feel genu... read more
I really enjoy living in this building and would definitely recommend it! The staff and employees here are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The amenities are good plus the rooftop views are amazing, and the gym is solid and good enough for a standard workout, though I do wish it had a bit more floor space and a few more machines. It's been a wonderful place to live and I really enjoy being here!
My experience was amazing in Found Study. The apartments are very comfortable and modern. The administration does an amazing job having everything organized and makes living such an enjoyable experience. Toan a member of the administration has everything well organized and has an answer for everything. Always very happy and is always a pleasure to talk to him. Irving also a member of the administration gave me a lot of help when I had an issue with my room or had any question and also was very welcoming to me. Had an amazing... read more
