My review went from 5 stars to 1 star since the name change from Express storage to foundation storage, there came a herd of untrained deer who have no clue what they're doing, also a price increase and no hange to the facility. I came in and asked the manager if I will get a refund for the rest of the days that I am not using the facility which I would vacate. I rented an outdoor parking space to leave my trailer parked for a few weeks. The staff member who helped me was very friendly and courteous. There was a sale on which made the rental of the space quite reasonable so I was very happy. The locked gate provides security but also coded access to the lot. I would recommend this storage facility for anyone in the greater Seattle area.
Such an easy experience. Moved in and out all online. Easy to contact someone by phone if you need assistance. I would definitely use them again if needed.
