Javier and K were wonderful. They got me set up quickly and I am in. It is a safe clean place.
Harassed by manager about late payments before due date, once he spoofed my daughter's phone number. Everything is gnawed on by rodents so its all useless now, rodents urinate while they go, so everything is covered with rat and mouse piss, the main cause of hanta virus.
I would recommend this place to anyone 100%. Both times I have been stationed here, I have used ether a storage building or a trailer parking spot. No matter what I needed or issues I have had, I was always given the best customer service from Tony. Tony is very supportive of the troops and if you need anything he will go above and beyond to making it happen. If you need a storage place. This is the go-to spot. The employee was thorough and pleasant. The customer before me was very rude to the employee and he remained calm and pleasant.
Having unit for 3 months came back from vacation our storage unit was leaking half of our stuff was ruined we left multiple messages stating to call us back refuse. Monday morning when walk through the front gate she was yelling at me tell me to type my code in. Then we explain to her we are just coming in to deal with our broken unit and see if you get it fixed. she is rude and disrespectful, yelled at me where's my key and lock not concerned about the unit at all horrible customer service don't understand how these people ... read more
