Absolutely can not say enough about this business! I called them as an emergency patient and they were able to get me in same day. When I got there, they were super helpful and kind from start to finish. Explain my issue and possible fixes very clearly and with estimates. They did not judge me or cause any pain. I havent been to the dentist in years, but I've already set up my appointment to go back as a new patient to get back to twice a year check-ups.
I cannot recommend Fountain City Smiles enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere. They took the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions, which made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Patel is truly amazing! He made my visit so seamless and helped calm my nerves extremely with how personable he is. My hygienist was great as well, I forget her name & she doesn’t work full time there just as needed. She was very sweet as well as the front desk staff. Everyone was so friendly the office was decorated for Christmas very elegantly. My daughters and I have seen Dr. Patel for a few years and we absolutely love him! Dr. Capwell is very nice also. She saw me today for a tooth that was sensitive. I will be coming back for a crown in a couple of weeks. The front office staff is so friendly. The hygienist are always so helpful and understanding about my sensitive gums during my cleanings.
After moving to Knoxville, I tried Fountain City Smiles after they were recommended by a neighbor. I'm glad I found such a good dentist that takes my insurance and is so close to home. I generally hate going to the dentist and finding a good one is key otherwise I will avoid it. I've had some bad/average dentists in my past and I've always had trouble finding one that compares to my "family dentist" back home. THIS IS IT! Very kind people.
