Our appointment was 11:10. My grandma is 90 years old. We we there a few minutes late, 11:15, but walked into the wrong doctors office. We walked into the correct dentist at 11:19. They smiled and said “sorry we can’t take her for her cleaning today”. Really? If you want to be treated as a number- go here. I had my first visit with this practice yesterday and what was supposed to be a basic cleaning turned into something more serious. I was in a lot of pain throughout the exam and the staff were nothing short of amazing. They took the time to comfort me, brought me tissues and reassured me that things were going to get better. Dr. Patel sat down and spoke with me in detail about the exam findings and we came up with a plan moving forward that was both practical and considerate of my pain/anxiety. Fountain City Smiles made me feel very welcome. Hannah the Dental Hygienist was very detailed with giving me information of the process of Exrays and images. She was also very though during my teeth cleaning. She was great and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Patel the Dentist was very kind and offered some options for future reference. First time visiting Fountain City Smiles, great experience. Staff were polite and friendly, dental technician was really awesome and did a great job. The dentist was also very nice, and helped me get a replacement for my broken retainer. Highly recommend!
