Absolutely can not say enough about this business! I called them as an emergency patient and they were able to get me in same day. When I got there, they were super helpful and kind from start to finish. Explain my issue and possible fixes very clearly and with estimates. They did not judge me or cause any pain. I havent been to the dentist in years, but I've already set up my appointment to go back as a new patient to get back to twice a year check-ups.
I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I chipped a tooth while camping/fishing. I googled a local dentist and lucked out! They fixed it in about 10 minutes!! Everything's went so smoothly from xrays to fixing my chipped tooth. The staff was funny and friendly too! The total price was way below what I was expecting! Thank you Fountain City folks! Y'all are amazing!!! Caught a few fish. :)
I recently made the decision to switch dentists after 15+ years. Absolutely no regrets. Location is convenient to me and they offer plenty of free parking. Offices are clean with up to date equipment. Dr Patel and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My cleaning went well and after Dr Patel was very informative about my X-rays and the next steps to filling a cavity that had recently formed. I had a new hygienist named Marissa. She was fantastic. The hygienist I used to see moved on to work in surgical dental. I am one who gags easily especially with X-rays. Marisa was gentle and quick and I did fine with the X-rays. She also did a little happy dance when I didn’t gag. (Sounds like something I’d do). I was very comfortable with her. I give this business an A+.
After moving to Knoxville, I tried Fountain City Smiles after they were recommended by a neighbor. I'm glad I found such a good dentist that takes my insurance and is so close to home. I generally hate going to the dentist and finding a good one is key otherwise I will avoid it. I've had some bad/average dentists in my past and I've always had trouble finding one that compares to my "family dentist" back home. THIS IS IT! Very kind people.
