The staff were extremely friendly! I have to add that I returned for a filling and again, everyone was so friendly and kind! Dr. Patel made this procedure absolutely painless and very fast. I was in and out of the door within 20 minutes! Highly recommend this practice. They are all fantastic and it's a wonderful atmosphere.
Our appointment was 11:10. My grandma is 90 years old. We we there a few minutes late, 11:15, but walked into the wrong doctors office. We walked into the correct dentist at 11:19. They smiled and said “sorry we can’t take her for her cleaning today”. Really? If you want to be treated as a number- go here. I personally don’t go to this dentist because I don’t like feeling like a sheep. It seemed like they were HAPPY to tell me they wouldn’t accept her being 9 minutes late. I had my first visit with this practice yesterday and what was supposed to be a basic cleaning turned into something more serious. I was in a lot of pain throughout the exam and the staff were nothing short of amazing. They took the time to comfort me, brought me tissues and reassured me that things were going to get better. Dr. Patel sat down and spoke with me in detail about the exam findings and we came up with a plan moving forward that was both practical and considerate of my pain/anxiety. Really enjoyed my consultation! The office is very clean and the employees were very kind. They were willing to assist by explaining to me what my options were and were transparent about prices. I appreciated the honesty and kindness. Would recommend!
