Dr. Patel is truly amazing! He made my visit so seamless and helped calm my nerves extremely with how personable he is. My hygienist was great as well, I forget her name & she doesn’t work full time there just as needed. She was very sweet as well as the front desk staff. Everyone was so friendly the office was decorated for Christmas very elegantly. Absolutely can not say enough about this business! I called them as an emergency patient and they were able to get me in same day. When I got there, they were super helpful and kind from start to finish. Explain my issue and possible fixes very clearly and with estimates. They did not judge me or cause any pain. I havent been to the dentist in years, but I've already set up my appointment to go back as a new patient to get back to twice a year check-ups.
I cannot recommend Fountain City Smiles enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I chipped a tooth while camping/fishing. I googled a local dentist and lucked out! They fixed it in about 10 minutes!! Everything's went so smoothly from xrays to fixing my chipped tooth. The staff was funny and friendly too! The total price was way below what I was expecting! Thank you Fountain City folks! Y'all are amazing!!! Caught a few fish. :)
I recently made the decision to switch dentists after 15+ years. Absolutely no regrets. Location is convenient to me and they offer plenty of free parking. Offices are clean with up to date equipment. Dr Patel and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My cleaning went well and after Dr Patel was very informative about my X-rays and the next steps to filling a cavity that had recently formed.
