Use to be a very good bank. Customer service has definitely declined. Especially when you have been a customer for over 20 years.

I enjoy banking here and have nothing bad to say about my banking experience. However I would like to point out that the business hours on the website doesn’t match their actual operating hours and this has caused me a trip to the bank when they were indeed closed.
