Poor and inconsistent service if there wasn’t so few options for banking around here I’d go somewhere else.
This bank is ridiculously awesome! I bank with a nationwide bank because they have a branch in my town in Colorado. However, when I tried to get a Payroll Protection Program loan from that bank, I just kept getting rejected and they would not accept calls to ask why. My employee heard me complaining and told me about her friend who knows someone who works at Four Corners - I called him late in the afternoon on Wednesday July 22nd (applications closed on July 30th). Great local bank! They make it very easy to set up accounts and are very transparent about their fees and products. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Love the small community feeling. It’s a very enjoyable banking experience.
I’m standing in line going on 10 min. There are four employees doing nothing. I would rather go to the one on the east side by Hobby Lobby. Customer service here sucks!!
This is absolutely the slowest drive-thru. They get a new atm that does not accept cash, doesn’t give 10’s only 20’s but has the option - maybe Corp will soon realize to upgrade their atm & let a few employees go - slow slow service - been in drive-thru for 18 mins. Should of went inside- maybe I will learn next time….
