I rented an apartment from this company for one year. When I moved out there were no damages and we were current on our rent the entire time we lived there. Needless to say, based on their 3 star rating, they took our entire deposit with no explanation. We contacted them to find out why and they made up a list of damages that didn't exist and cleaning charges that, if performed, would've made the apartment nicer than when we originally moved in. Four Star Properties lacks professionalism and basic communication. When I moved in, there was no AC unit despite it being listed as an amenity, and it took nearly three months to receive one. The apartment had multiple pre-existing damages that I reported, yet I was still charged for them upon move-out. I was also billed for utilities that I pay directly to the city.
