Four Star Properties lacks professionalism and basic communication. When I moved in, there was no AC unit despite it being listed as an amenity, and it took nearly three months to receive one. Desi manages a number of Four Star properties in Denver. She’s extremely helpful and always available. At some point you will need help or have questions. She's proven herself from day one and I know she will be there when I need her. Happy to leave a positive review.
If you like being screwed, then go with One Star Realty. During my first lease with them, they charged me for eight hours of cleaning for an 800 square foot place. During the second release, they lied about the amount of rent I paid and made up a bunch of charges. I’ll never rent through them again.
My son and his roommates leased from this company for three years. During that time we encounter frequently incorrect charges on our monthly billing. These were never easily rectified, requiring numerous phone calls, emails, etc. Most staff are not knowledgeable on processes. If your issue will result in more money for them, they are quicker to respond (like the time we did a sublet for a few months) but very rarely if it is an overcharge or mistake on their part.
