I rented an apartment from this company for one year. When I moved out there were no damages and we were current on our rent the entire time we lived there. Needless to say, based on their 3 star rating, they took our entire deposit with no explanation. We contacted them to find out why and they made up a list of damages that didn't exist and cleaning charges that, if performed, would've made the apartment nicer than when we originally moved in.
