Knowledgeable staff
The properties are fine, and rent was ok for the the area. The office staff are not very organized. It takes months to get things fixed, and you have to make multiple calls to hound them after you submit a maintenance request on their portal. It's also a crapshoot if anyone will be at their leasing office or answer the phone during business hours. They also sometimes make accounting errors. The staff are generally friendly though. It's pretty typical big landlord stuff.
I worked with Cassidy to apply and get a lease drawn up and she was AMAZING! Truly so kind and helpful. We ended up picking a different place to rent more outside of the city but had an excellent experience with the staff here!
