We moved into Fourwinds in 2023- happy with the property manager & maintenance, a beautiful apartment and great community. As the years have gone by, many residents can attest to changing management, maintenance staff, and a decrease in the overall enjoyment of the property. When my fiancé and I first moved here in 2023, we really liked the complex and thought it would be a nice place to live. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill fast, and we just moved out because of it. The property itself is poorly maintained. The trash compactor was constantly broken, and even when it was working, people would pile garbage outside of it, leaving the area overflowing and disgusting. I toured this beautiful community, and I have to say the office staff was simply amazing. Miss Olga was a true gem, highly knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. She covered everything so thoroughly that I had no questions left to ask.! My only reservation was that this property was slightly outside of my price range, but she immediately recommended their sister communities that might be a better fit. I’ll definitely be visiting those locations next!
Fourwinds is a wonderful community! The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, Olga and Drew are especially helpful. Like any community, there can be occasional setbacks, such as trash issues but management responds quickly and effectively to resolve it. Overall, they do a great job keeping the community well cared for.
Nice, clean and quiet apartment. The manager (Olga) and the lease office staff in general are very professional. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving
