We moved into Fourwinds in 2023- happy with the property manager & maintenance, a beautiful apartment and great community. As the years have gone by, many residents can attest to changing management, maintenance staff, and a decrease in the overall enjoyment of the property. Don’t live here. Hastily constructed, poor craftsmanship, thin walls, cheap amenities, high rent, and residents who leave trash lying around. We vacated our apartment a week before July 4th and were so glad to get away from the potential noise. Just don’t live here.
I love this complex and our landlord is so sweet. She’s very committed to having activities for the complex at the community room and the pool (like root beer floats and pizza!). The apartments are very dog friendly, and although there is not a dog park on premises there are a few big beautiful ones here in Delaware county. The county is special as well with a top rated public school system, alum lake, trails, caves, beaches with plenty of campgrounds. We moved from socal june ‘23 ive been meaning to write a review so it seems appropriate now that it’s been a year! Moving from across country was a breeze. Our apartment is so spacious and we’ve been very happy and this new manager has been very on it and we love it.
By far the best experience I have ever had finding a place to live especially moving from out of state to here. From the first call I made to get information the staff have been such a pleasure to work with. I made several calls and they were eagerly helpful right away every time no matter who I spoke with. We were giving a tour and able to find everything we wanted to fit our needs in one location, such as being able to have our cat, a garage, pool an fitness gym and more.
