When my fiancé and I first moved here in 2023, we really liked the complex and thought it would be a nice place to live. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill fast, and we just moved out because of it. The property itself is poorly maintained. The trash compactor was constantly broken, and even when it was working, people would pile garbage outside of it, leaving the area overflowing and disgusting. *LONG REVIEW* I truly hope if you take the time to read this you consider the following. We moved into Fourwinds in 2023- happy with the property manager & maintenance, a beautiful apartment and great community. As the years have gone by, many residents can attest to changing management, maintenance staff, and a decrease in the overall enjoyment of the property. Fourwinds is a wonderful community! The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, Olga and Drew are especially helpful. Like any community, there can be occasional setbacks, such as trash issues but management responds quickly and effectively to resolve it. Overall, they do a great job keeping the community well cared for.
Echoing everything other reviews have already said, dirty, poorly maintained, unsupervised kids everywhere leaving trash, old food, clothes, everywhere. The worst part is safety. The cops are here every couple of days for domestic disputes among other things. One incident someone literally poured lighter fluid all over the apartment and was trying to set it on fire. Don’t live here. Hastily constructed, poor craftsmanship, thin walls, cheap amenities, high rent, and residents who leave trash lying around. We vacated our apartment a week before July 4th and were so glad to get away from the potential noise. Just don’t live here.
