When my fiancé and I first moved here in 2023, we really liked the complex and thought it would be a nice place to live. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill fast, and we just moved out because of it. The property itself is poorly maintained. The trash compactor was constantly broken, and even when it was working, people would pile garbage outside of it, leaving the area overflowing and disgusting. *LONG REVIEW* I truly hope if you take the time to read this you consider the following. We moved into Fourwinds in 2023- happy with the property manager & maintenance, a beautiful apartment and great community. As the years have gone by, many residents can attest to changing management, maintenance staff, and a decrease in the overall enjoyment of the property. I toured this beautiful community, and I have to say the office staff was simply amazing. Miss Olga was a true gem, highly knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. She covered everything so thoroughly that I had no questions left to ask.! My only reservation was that this property was slightly outside of my price range, but she immediately recommended their sister communities that might be a better fit. I’ll definitely be visiting those locations next!
Any and all issues or concerns I have had regarding my apartment have been fixed promptly! The team is always kind and responsive when I have reached out and really helped my move in process go smoothly! Not only that but they have put on several fun events for holidays!
Fourwinds is a wonderful community! The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, Olga and Drew are especially helpful. Like any community, there can be occasional setbacks, such as trash issues but management responds quickly and effectively to resolve it. Overall, they do a great job keeping the community well cared for.
