I have put off writing a Review of this Dental Office but today I said enough. The Dentists and Employees are Great but whoever takes care of the Books needs to get lessons or is it they have a very poor Accounting System. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told 25-30 minutes before I can be seen. No thanks. I didn’t receive a courtesy call that I would have to wait or I would have shown up half hour late. Very unprofessional. This is the type place you wipe your feet off before exiting the building.. Why do I have to give them one star???

I went there this morning (07/25/2023), for a cleanup and with insurance, the were trying to charge me $279. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. Customer service at the front desk was super below average. What they do best is to take 100 radiographs from your teeth an tell you that you need 100.000 million crowns...I will never return. Outside the have a big sign "$0 cleanup"

First visit to Fox Creek Dental went really, really well. The staff at the front desk are really great. I'd like to emphasize how helpful they were. I couldn't find my dental insurance card, so between the both of us making calls, we got it figured out. My typical experience elsewhere isn't nearly as good. The hygienists were patient and understanding. Instead of browbeating me for my oral hygiene failings, they simply went after solutions. I really appreciate this. I'll be referring my friends.
