I called an hour before coming to make an appt for my dog. When I arrived, the person I spoke with on the phone handed me a clipboard to fill out some info and get Rocco's weight. I waited a total of two mins before I was brought back and someone came in the room. I'm guessing it was the nurse who came first and went over my info as well as his symptoms.
