Property Review Management is only on property 3 days a month if your lucky. No maintenance man at the property in quite some time before and when I left. You can not even get the basics like filter changes. Maintenance only responds for extreme emergencies (for example: a water leak etc.) I knew several tenants that had appliance and HVAC problems as well.
