Was billed for a service that wasn't performed tech says he was here from 11-12:17 pm on 9/11/2025, I was home as was my wife (as we are retired) and we saw or heard no-one, my dogs didn't alert either Also none of my cameras picked him up at that time frame. (Commercial Location) I love their service! The technicians always explain to me what they do in my location and gave me tips for a better control.
