Was billed for a service that wasn't performed tech says he was here from 11-12:17 pm on 9/11/2025, I was home as was my wife (as we are retired) and we saw or heard no-one, my dogs didn't alert either Also none of my cameras picked him up at that time frame. Been having a wasp problem lately which is no fun. Found this place on Google, the reviews were amazing so I decided to give them a call. I have my first appointment scheduled soon, but I have to commend the amazing customer service that I experienced over the phone. Jacob returned after being here and spraying for bugs we started in October I did not hesitate to call him in December just now after seeing a few because Jacob as well as the customer service when I first got in touch said you don't have to wait until your monthly visit we will come whenever you need us.
