Our contract has been over since June, we did not renew. Confirmed before the contract was over that it does not auto renew. Why have we been charged 3x since then? They keep saying they will refund us but they haven’t. They have since blocked our phone number so we cannot contact them. Reported to the BBB and will be disputing with our credit card company.
Very unethical business practices. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company at all cost. They will rip you off and not let you cancel your plan.
