let's talk about how none of the technicians even have a license to be spraying these chemicals!!! TOTALLY ILLEGAL UNSAFE CONDITIONS! they're taught to spray even when it's raining although it says on the bottles not to do that but the boss doesn't care, they're all friends from the regional up to the branch mwnager so go on and call another pest company

Absolutely a scam, sign up for what the rep said was a $100 a year promotion. Then they start billing me monthly, called to cancel it. And they want another $250 for that. All because I was misled by the salesman.

Poor service! I was told after finding more and more spiders and ants around my property, someone would be coming to deal with it. Didn't show up. Then was told that I had an agreement to pay additional $250 for rest of the year when I called to quit their service! What a scam!

They say they sprayed and we had more spiders around the house than ever before. Their web site was down and couldn't get ahold of them. We signed the contract on their tablet but no physical contract. That was our mistake. I got charged via direct payment from my bank. I contacted bank to stop the payment after not being able to get ahold of them since all website links were down. Husband finally found a number online and the man was rude. This company is a SCAM! don't use them. Their technicians are a sloppy joke. they Triple charge you and don't give you a valid contract to review in detail before signing. They don't show up for services or follow the treatment plans they are contracted to do. Never received a copy of the contract and tried calling every week for three months with no response or call back.
