Jason serviced my parents home today and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He was on time, professional, highly experienced, and explained how and why he performed the service as he did. Fox should be thankful to have such a talented technician on their staff!
The technician lied about performing service on my home. No one was home when he showed up at his own leisure. No one scheduled a time, we were only informed by email that is not checked everyday that someone would come on Wednesday. He showed up at 11:06, rang the doorbell and no one answered (evidence on Ring camera). He did spray the outside, but didn’t call or email to ask to reschedule. The. I specifically got this service because I have an ant problem. I have had the service for nearly a year now, I have had 3 total service calls. I spoke to someone early this spring about the ant problem still being a problem in fact worse than ever but apparently the response to that was to cancel my scheduled spring service due to “unforeseen circumstances” and just never reschedule. Jason was our technician this morning. He was knowledgeable, very respectful to us, our dog, and our home, was good at communicating with us. I highly recommend this company and this technician.
Well to start this company sent a salesman door to door today in our neighborhood and ignored the no solicitation sign we had posted. The salesman Kylar or something seemed nice enough and was friendly, but seems like a scam. He indicated all neighbors are using them, and I have never seen their trucks in our neighborhood. He indicated how he sprays for bugs, so I confirmed if he would be doing the spraying and no he wouldn’t actually, no surprise.
